Gerald M. Greenberg
Gerald M. Greenberg is a co-owner of ECD Company and the managing
partner of a series of partnerships which own office, retail,
residential and entertainment developments. Mr. Greenberg was
a former trustee of a five-member board of the Denver Real Estate
Investment Association from 1974 to 1980, which controlled a
portfolio in excess of $500,000,000.00. Mr. Greenberg has over
thirty years of overall real estate development and operating
experience.
Scott D. Greenberg
Scott Greenberg is the President and co-owner of ECD and has led ECD Company's growth since 1985. For the past 18 years Mr. Greenberg has been responsible for all hotel, retail and office development and acquisition projects, valued in excess of $270,000,000. Under his direction, the property value has grown 15 times over the last 18 years. The properties he has acquired or developed include CityPark in Lincolnshire, the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott, Brentwood Apartments, Countryside Village Apartments, Martin's Landing Apartments, Stonebrook Apartments, Briar Creek Apartments, Arbor Lakes Apartments, two office buildings in Deerfield, and Centerwest Office Center. Mr. Greenberg received a Bachelors Degree from Claremont Men’s College in 1981 and a Masters in Business Administration from
Columbia
University
in 1983. Since 1995, Mr. Greenberg has served as the Chicago National Ambassador on the American Committee of the Weizmann Institute of Science, one of the top-ranking multidisciplinary research Institutions in the world. In addition, Mr. Greenberg has overseen development of the 110,000 square foot campus in
Northbrook
for Solomon Schechter Day School of Metropolitan Chicago and the redevelopment of the Solomon Schecter Skokie campus.
Renee Solomon
Renee Solomon joined ECD Company in 1996 to direct the financing of ECD Company's development activities. Prior to joining ECD Company, Ms. Solomon completed an executive training program at PaineWebber where she later managed investment banking and capital markets business for financial institutions. Ms. Solomon completed her undergraduate finance studies at the
Wharton
School
of the
University
of
Pennsylvania
where she received a B.S. in Economics. She graduated from Columbia Graduate School of Business in 1989 with a Masters in Business Administration.
David A. Lilierose
David A. Lilierose is a certified public accountant and has
been the controller of ECD Company since 1983. Prior to joining
ECD, Mr. Lilierose worked at Coopers & Lybrand, Certified Public
Accountants, for three and a half years and held the position
of a senior accountant. Mr. Lilierose received a Bachelors Degree
in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University in 1979.
Lissa Ebersole
Lissa Ebersole joined ECD Company in 1980 to direct all aspects
of accounting and property rental reporting. The various reports
include: payroll, general ledger, rental status reports, rent
rolls and aged accounts receivable.
Milena P. Caldwell
Milena P. Caldwell joined ECD Company in 1985 to direct the
marketing and advertising efforts and also to oversee all areas
of property management for all properties in Denver, Chicago
and Florida. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University
in 1980, with degrees in both advertising and marketing. Prior
to joining ECD Company, Ms. Caldwell was employed with Budget
Rents as sales and marketing manager for the Denver Area.
Christine D. Kozlowski
Christine D. Kozlowski joined ECD Company in 1993 and is primarily
responsible for investor communications, general property reporting
and initial investment transactions for all ECD Company properties.
Ms. Kozlowski attended Columbia College, Chicago. Prior to joining
ECD Company, Ms. Kozlowski had extensive experience as a Leasing,
Property Management and Marketing Director in the commercial
real estate industry.
Mike McShane
Mike McShane has been with ECD Company since 1986 and has
overseen numerous office, retail, and entertainment development
projects. Prior to his work with ECD Company, he ran McShane
Construction from 1974 and acted as general contractor for office
and industrial construction totaling over $150 million. Prior
to forming McShane Construction, Mr. McShane worked as a construction
manager with P.H. Hawk, Los Angeles, California. Mr. McShane
received his Bachelors Degree from Creighton University in 1970.
