The Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott is a 185 room hotel which opened for business on June 15, 2001. The hotel is located in the heart of Chicago, one block from North Michigan Avenue's "Magnificent Mile". This 89,000 square foot building is situated on a 6,600 square foot site and rises 15 stories. In addition to 185 guestrooms, this boutique-style hotel includes a breakfast room, a fitness area, a meeting room, and a street level lobby and reception area. The Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott provides modestly priced hotel rooms in a new and attractive building within Chicago's most desirable neighborhood.
