Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott, Chicago Downtown

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott opened for business on June 15, 2001. Despite the difficult economic times since the opening, the Fairfield Inn & Suites has enjoyed strong occupancy rates and highly positive feedback from guests regarding its design and service.

The Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott is a 185 room hotel. The hotel is located in the heart of Chicago, one block from North Michigan Avenue's "Magnificent Mile". This 89,000 square foot building is situated on a 6,600 square foot site and rises 15 stories. In addition to 185 guestrooms, this boutique-style hotel includes a breakfast room, a fitness area, a meeting room and a street level lobby and reception area.

The Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott provides modestly priced hotel rooms in a new and attractive building within Chicago's most desirable neighborhood. The site is located approximately one block east of North Michigan Avenue (the Magnificent Mile), three blocks west of Lake Michigan, six blocks south of the John Hancock Building, and five blocks north of the Chicago River. The immediate area is densely developed and contains much of Chicago's premier shopping, dining, hospitality, and entertainment.
