ECD Breaks Ground on Second Phase of CityPark

Lincolnshire, IL Environmental Community Development Company
(ECD) has broken ground on the second phase of CityPark Lincolnshire
(IL), a $30 million multi-use development.
The second phase will be anchored by the CityPark Corporate Center,
a digital-ready commercial facility that has been designed to cater
to high-tech businesses.
In addition to its high-tech capabilities, the faculty features
15-foot ceiling heights, loft-style interiors, and is in close proximity
to retail, hotel and entertainment facilities.
In total, CityParks second phase will include 70,000 square
feet of new office space in the center, 75,000 square feet of retail,
2,600 parking spaces, and a large landscaped patios and gathering
areas for public events and exhibits.
CityParks second phase has been designed to anticipate
the needs of this market. The residents and business users are seeking
a location where they can shop, dine, be entertained and enjoy the
outdoors, said Scott Greenberg, president of ECD.
Through the enormous success of CityParks first phase,
we know this there is a huge appetite for this type of project and
we are delighted to be embarking on the second phase.
