Our Team

David Lilierose is an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ECD Company and its affiliate ECD Hospitality, Inc. dba SMASHotels and a senior member of their leadership teams.  He has been with ECD Company since 1983.  He is a Certified Public Accountant. In such capacity, Mr. Lilierose plays a forward-facing role by managing budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, tax strategy and compliance and risk management issues.  He also oversees all of ECD Company’s Colorado operations. 

Prior to joining ECD Company, Mr. Lilierose worked at Coopers & Lybrand, Certified Public Accountants, and held the position of Senior Accountant. 

Mr. Lilierose received a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
